Families, carers and individuals with Down’s syndrome are welcome to join at any stage of life. We have groups which cater for every age-group – babies, pre-school, primary school-age, teenagers and adults.

Through our various groups and activities we aim to provide opportunities for people with Down’s syndrome and their families and carers to meet, have fun together and develop a network of friendship, support and advice.

Support can range from sharing experiences and information on matters affecting people with Down’s syndrome to arranging training for parents, carers and professionals.

We also hold social activities throughout the year such as a barbecue, Christmas parties and outings.

If your new baby has Down’s syndrome and you would like to contact a local family, require information or just want to talk to someone who knows about Down’s syndrome, contact Aisling or Carole.

The cost of running our current activities and events is approximately £5,000 per year. Financial contributions are always welcome and gratefully received..
